Letter to Investors from Adam Góral

My Dear Partners, Dear Investors,

The last days of this year have turned out to be very exciting.

The Management Board of Cyfrowy Polsat has made us a proposal to begin talks on closer cooperation in the area of development and operation of IT systems by Asseco Poland for the Group's individual companies. Asseco Poland has both the products and the substantial potential to lead the Cyfrowy Polsat Group to the best IT solutions, so we were very satisfied with this proposal.

Significantly, Cyfrowy Polsat decided to support the proposal to strengthen the cooperationbetween our companies with an offer of capital engagement in Asseco Poland. The proposal of the Management Board of the company controlled by Zygmunt Solorz, one of the most outstanding Polish entrepreneurs, is undoubtedly an expression of appreciation of our achievements. I have no doubt that the closer cooperationmight help increase the competitiveness of both Asseco Poland and the Cyfrowy Polsat Group.

The chance to strengthen the cooperation, that my team receives, means a unique opportunity. However, it will largely depend on our current shareholders whether these plans will be implemented. Therefore, I am asking our shareholders to respond positively to the offer of the purchase of Asseco Poland's shares by Cyfrowy Polsat.

I believe that the emergence of Cyfrowy Polsat as a shareholder of Asseco Poland might contribute to further growth of Asseco Poland's value.
