Best Practices
The Exchange Council adopted new corporate governance rules for companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange's (WSE) Main Market - "Best Practices for Companies Listed on the WSE 2021" - by Resolution No. 13/1834/2021 of March 29, 2021. The Best Practices 2021 came into effect on July 1, 2021.
Asseco Poland, as a public company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE), is subject to the set of corporate governance principles listed in the "Best Practices" document.
In addition, the company also provides a corporate governance compliance report with each annual report.
