Asseco Group has a new organizational structure in Poland

Asseco Group completed a number of changes concerning its operation on the Polish market. These were aimed at simplifying the organizational structure and further developing expert competence within individual companies in the Group. The merger of Asseco Poland with Infovide-Matrix, and the transfer of infrastructure business to Asseco Data Systems are cases in point. Extra teams were also added to DahliaMatic, specializing in IT services in the area of third parties’ application software.

Starting on 1 July 2016, the Asseco Group will operate under a new organizational structure on the Polish market. Asseco Poland, Asseco Business Solutions, Asseco Data Systems and DahliaMatic will form its core. Each company specializes in clearly defined business areas that complement each other.

Adam Góral, CEO of Asseco Poland: I am convinced that in today's IT industry the greatest advantage lies in high expert specialization, and a rapid and flexible response to market realities. To operate successfully in any market, you need to have great products, but also an organizational structure that supports your company's business goals to maximize their potential. We have reorganized Asseco Group’s structure in order to build our competitive advantage in the ever so important Polish market in an efficient and long-term manner.

Asseco Poland will continue to focus on development and implementation of proprietary software for large companies and institutions. After merging with Infovide-Matrix, Asseco Poland was bolstered by skill and competence of teams working within the public administration sector, as well as banking, telecommunications, and energy industries. Simultaneously, the Infrastructure Division was moved from Asseco Poland to Asseco Data Systems (ADS) – a 100% subsidiary of Asseco Poland, providing products and IT services, as well as IT infrastructure solutions. This means that ADS became the center for business infrastructure in Poland within the Asseco Group.

Moreover, DahliaMatic - specializing in sales, integration and consultancy in the area of application software for third-parties, such as SAP, Oracle and Microsoft – has seen a significant upgrade. Changes meant the SAP team from Infovide-Matrix, the Enterprise Division from Asseco Poland, employees of Solver, and consultants from the Implementation Center at Infovide-Matrix all joined DahliaMatic. The company thus became the largest Polish consultancy and deployment company in the area of IT solutions in the region.
