Asseco Poland is a partner of the European Electronic Signature Forum!

On September 30, Europe's largest conference on electronic signature and trust services will be held once again, organized by Asseco Data Systems. The theme of this year's edition, which will be held online, is "Trusted Economy". It is also the main topic of the report, which will be published during the meeting. Asseco Poland is a partner of this meeting.

During the European Electronic Signature Forum, experts from all over the world, representing the business and legal environment, European standardization institutions and research and consulting companies, will summarize how the events of recent months have affected the development of paperless solutions. They will also present the most interesting implementations and analyze trust services in the context of technologies such as blockchain, 5G network or IoT.

The European Electronic Signature Forum has been a key event in the security and trust services market for 20 years. This year we decided to change the form of the meeting and organize it online. Moreover, we decided to launch a free participation option - said Tomasz Litarowicz, EFPE Conference Director. The e-conference model is a challenge, but most of all an opportunity for experts and participants from around the world to participate. We are hoping that the involvement of speakers from other countries will contribute to an even higher substantive level of this event - he added.

One of the main points of the conference will be the publication of the report "TRUSTED ECONOMY in new normal" prepared by Deloitte, Obserwatorium.biz and Asseco Data Systems. The situation related to the pandemic has accelerated the digitization of companies. However, to a large extent, it was a fast digitization "at all costs", which brought some compromises and, consequently, did not provide an adequate level of cyber security. This process was also accompanied by the introduction of legal regulations both in Poland and in the whole European Union, which were to support it. However, they did not address all the needs of electronic circulation. The aim of the report is to show how trust and electronic identification services can maintain the trend of digitization of processes in a safe and user-friendly track and how they can help other businesses as well as consumers to enter the path of secure digitization.
A honorary patronage over the EFPE 2020 conference was taken by: the Ministry of Digitization, the Polish Information Technology Society (PTI), the Polish Chamber of Information Technology and Telecommunications (PIIT), NASK, the European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI).

We encourage everybody to make time for September 30, 2020 and take an active part in the conference, which will be held in 3 languages - Polish, English and Russian.

The registration form is available at: www.efpe.eu.
