Asseco at the Economic Forum in Krynica

Adam Góral took part in the Economic Forum in Krynica, where he participated in two panel discussions. During the Globacl Champions of Poland debate he spoke with – among others – Prime Minister Beata Szydło about the development of Polish companies, and the solutions that can facilitate it.

He said that nowadays Asseco is exporting its products all over the world, and that Polish goods can make a name for themselves. He noted, however, that the key to Asseco’s success were its people, particularly in the case of acquisitions, given there is always a certain degree of risk involved.

This panel was also attended by Wojciech Jasiński, President and CEO of PKN Orlen; Zbigniew Jagiełło -  President of the Management Board of PKO BP, and Maciej Witucki – President of the Management Board of Work Service.

Meanwhile, during the Carpathian Strategy (Strategia Karpacka) panel, Adam Góral discussed the development concept for the Central and Eastern Europe macro-region together with – among others – Secretary of State in the Ministry of Development, Mr. Jerzy Kwieciński.

26th Economic Forum in Krynica saw over 3 000 participants from over 50 countries exchange their views on the current political, economic and social situation across the world. The theme of this year's conference was ‘Europe facing challenges - united or divided?’.
