Asseco and LST to implement the Human Capital Management system for the LOTOS Group

The consortium of Asseco Poland S.A. and LST Sp. z o.o. concluded an agreement with the LOTOS Group for implementation of the Human Capital Management system. Their offer was selected in a tendering procedure.

The Human Capital Management system will support the LOTOS Group in business processes related to the areas of: Human Resources, Payroll, Organizational Structure, Absences, Reporting, Soft HR, Company Funds, Periodic Assessment System, and Recruitment. The project will also include development of a self-service portal for employees and managers. The project shall be initiated on 3 September 2012 and completed till 30 October 2013.

The main component of this solution, which will serve more than 5,000 employees of the LOTOS Group, is SAP's HCM (Human Capital Management).
