Closed period applicable in connection with the publication of interim report

During the closed period members of the Management Board and the Supervisory Board, as well as persons closely associated with them and proxies may not acquire or dispose of shares in Asseco Poland for their own account and for third parties.

The closed period lasts from 15th October 2016 - 14th November 2016.
