Closed period ahead of consolidated and standalone annual reports for 2024

The closed period applicable in connection with the publication of periodic reports, during which Members of the Management Board and the Supervisory Board, as well as proxies and persons closely related to them, are not allowed to buy or sell shares of Asseco Poland.
